Student, UW (Leg 1)

I am an undergraduate in the Earth & Space Sciences and French & Italian Studies programs at UW. My research experience thus far has been with cosmogenic isotopes in Antarctic bedrock and lead isotopes in crustal xenoliths from Kamchatka. I studied methane hydrates before for a small class project, and therefore jumped at the chance to go on this expedition. I am excited to learn as much as I can about oceanography.
