My name’s Sam Monk, I’m the oceanography exchange student here at the University of Washington from Southampton, England. I’ve been in having an incredible time in Seattle since September and now I’m trying to stay out here as long as possible. The chance to participate on such an interesting and exciting cruise, on such an impressive vessel, with such important goals seemed like to good an opportunity to miss, and I knew instantly that I wanted to be heading out on this cruise.
