Drilling of the Northern Conduit begins

After successfully completing the southern conduit on March 14th, the drill rig was repositioned to work on the northern conduit the following day. As of March 16th, 1017 feet have been drilled for the northern conduit, which will be used to lead the OOI cable from Pacific City out to the Axial Seamount site.
